Kale Crisps


  • 1 Bunch Kale
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • seasoning of choice, such as cumin/turmeric/ground red pepper or others


  1. Wash and dry kale leaves and tear into bite size pieces.
  2. Toss in olive oil and spread out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Dust with seasoning of choice.
  4. Bake at 350* for 10-15 minutes until slightly browned and crisp.
